Desert Modern Abode

This design concept for a single family residential home is located in St. George, Utah. At just under 1200 square ft., this home is a single-level ranch with design elements reminiscent of Palm Springs mid-century and desert modern. Rich wood finishes are used throughout eliciting mid-century warmth, while a variety of neutral textured tiles tie in the desert landscape. Vaulted ceilings and asymmetrical windows fill the space with natural light. On the exterior, textured white stucco is accented with a beautiful breeze block entry, black window frames, and warm wood soffits to tie in the beautiful interior wood textures
